Integrated Polymer Systems Ltd have successfully completed the London Enterprise Academy Rooftop Extension. A logistically challenging project due to its main road location but nonetheless the installation went without hiccup with outstanding results.
The Main and Lower Roof are installed with 71mmTopdeck Composite Panel with Rubberfuse TPO Membrane in Light Grey. All upstand details are finished in Rubberfuse ST Light Grey Membrane and Rubberfuse Sheet Laminated Metal Trims.
The building in complemented with Green Roof, adding to the environmental credentials.
Alupanel Rainscreen Cladding System has been installed utilising Galv Top Hat and Nvelope Aluminium Support System. A U-Value of 0.35 was achieved using 60mm Kingspan K15Rainscreen Insulation to CP Board. All Rain Screen Cladding is fixed using colour matched rivets.
The clad area has been enhanced and completed with Vieo Zinc Standing Seam Cladding system. This, again, fitted onto Galv Top Hat and Nvelope Aluminium Support System. Kingspan 60mm K15 Rainscreen Insulation to CP Board achieved the required 0.35 U Value. This area finished with 0.9mm Euroclad Vieo – 25/45mm face fixed with colour matched Rivits.
